MANDIBELLA is an alternative rock band fronted by three vocalists from Lemoore, California.

MANDIBELLA began as a "temporary project" when a local promoter asked 4 musicians to backup two local artists and play an Independence day concert July 4th, 2007.

With only 2 weeks prior to put everything together, Vinyl Performed three sets;
first as themselves, secondly as backup for a country/rock act, and finally as backing band for an R&B show. All three acts received standing ovations, but the overall consensus among the 7000+ attendees that day was, "That band can play anything - but they really shine when they ROCK!"
The overwhelming outpouring of support, compliments, and demand to know, "when and where are you playing next?" took the four musicians by complete surprise.

Intrigued and excited by this heartfelt gratitude, (from an otherwise perfectly sober audience) the four friends decided the following day to make this temporary project permanent, and the band MANDIBELLA was formally created!

MANDIBELLA was chosen as the brand name because of the strong influences the musicians drew from, reaching back into the classic days of rock n' roll - when vinyl records were the only format, and MANDIBELLA combines this distinctly analog sound into an otherwise modern and digital format.
Influences in their songs include The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, as well as Journey, Van Halen, The Scorpions and Rush, and with more modern influences by Stone Temple Pilots, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Foo Fighters and Avenged Sevenfold. Listen, and the discerning ear will detect them!

MANDIBELLA is Michael Allen, guitars and vocals, Justin Soares, guitars and vocals, Elizabeth Allen, bass and vocals, and John Stewart, drums and percussion.

The band's first recording; VINYL ... on CD - Is a LIVE recording of the band in their studio in Central California, which Bruce Conte, of Tower of Power produced and engineered.
These 10 live recordings display a range and depth of songwriting talent no longer heard today, and showcases the brilliant potential these musicians are capable of.
