What's going on? Where do we go from here? Sounds like a good song lyric. . . January 2013 - Mandibella is writing new songs and refreshing their style a bit. We will be playing live shows soon to demonstrate our skills. November 24, 2012 - Tower Theater Concert: Vinyl, The Original Snail, Bruce Conte band, and Double Vision played this benefit. 7 - 11 PM November 19, 2012 - Vinyl appears on Great Day, KMPH26 in Fresno, to speak about the Bruce Conte benefit concert and play 4 of our songs on the air. August 21, 2012 - Our CD is now available for digital download from iTunes. July 20, 2012 - Work on marketing is in full swing. We prefer the outdoors stages when possible - and the all age shows. We are actively engaged in making that happen. July 6, 2012 - Vinyl performed at Appellation California (Ap-Cal) tonight, to a crowd of 400+ people. The weather was beautiful, the sound pristine, (Thanks Dave!) and we got some awesome photography done by several dedicated fans (Thank you Cheri and Elizabeth!) and professional photographer Peter of Tickety Boo Photography. We sold and autographed two dozen CDs as well - a great night for us all! June 27, 2012 - We have officially joined the ranks of digital media artists. Our songs will be available seperately or as a complete compilation on Amazon, iTunes, and Virgin labels just to name a few. These links should be active and available in 4-6 weeks. For now, you can purchase a CD by messaging us through the Facebook site if you prefer! June 22, 2012 - It's official! The first run of CDs are here! Now how the heck do we get them out to you? (just kidding!) Contact us directly through the facebook site for the moment, we will have something set up and ready by next week. June 11, 2012 - Production continues on the CD, even now, the elves are busily packaging and polishing our first recorded effort... June 8, 2012 - We are anticipating the production release of our first CD, "Vinyl . . . on CD!" This coming week. We will be offering our music in CD format as well as mp3 available at Amazon and iTunes. We are very excited to be able to finally share our songs with you no matter where in the world you are! June 2, 2012 - Vinyl played at the Fulton 55 club in Fresno, CA opening for the group Snail. Fulton 55 has a small, intimate atmosphere, and has been set up as a venue for musicians by musicians. The sound and lighting was first-rate, and the crowd eager to hear what the band had to offer. Crowd favorites included the new Vinyl song Last Night, Mandibella, as well as some reworking of some of the bands favorite copies by he bands Rush & Nightranger. It's always inspirational to hear people who have never seen or heard the band before state, "Oh. . . they are great! Real great!" |
